Worldwide citizens face a new social problem, discrimination towards transgender people , specially when it comes to find a job , many visible transgenders end up homeless or in prostitution industry because private company's find complicated to hire transgender people .
For this reason, Spanish trans have written a pioneer project to help this situation , giving trans man and woman who are in this situations the chance of work for their local councils , as cleaner, gardening, maintenance , parking control and other needs of the local council. Formation would be available too.
The petition is now aimed to the council in Madrid , in Spain , a city where the 55% of transgender population with high school degree ends up in sex work, as we mention, because they are not able to find a "normal" job.
We hope this petition helps our community and inspires many other places in the world with the same situation.
